Aims of Youth Exchange Programme.
To visit and participate in various
NCC activities of the exchange country, and create
among participants increased awareness, understanding
and appreciation of each other's socio-economic and
cultural realities.
Selection procedure of Cadets
and Officers :-
(a) Cadets : Cadets
are selected through -
(i) Interview by Board of Officers
President : ADG (B)
Member : Commandant OTA Kamptee
(ii) Interview by DGNCC.
(b) Officers : Officers are selected by
(i) Interview by Board of Officers: ADG (B) , DDG(MS)
& DDG(TRG)
(ii) Interview by DGNCC
(c) Training
Orientation Trg :- Cadets
are called to Delhi seven days prior to departure
for completing VISA, immigration and calling on the
DG.
Debriefing :- Cadets stay
for three days after arrival for debriefing DG.
The selected NCC cadets after being
properly briefed proceed to the reciprocal programme
country as follows :-
